Previewing Sites
You can now preview your homepage in the refreshed design by clicking on the link next to your site's name in the list below. Please note that when you leave your site's homepage, you will no longer be viewing the site in the new design.
If instead you wish to view all of a site's pages in the refreshed design:
- log into CHSSWeb using the URL of the site you wish to preview (e.g. historyarthistory.gmu.edu/admin)
- on the dashboard, click the "Preview Updated Design" button to set your browser into preview mode for that site only
- return to the dashboard and click "Switch to Current" to exit the preview
One major goal of this effort is to avoid making design changes which require changes to site content. Nonetheless, some sites contain content that will need to be updated in order to look right in the new design. If you use your home page text area, for instance, and have a lot of custom styling in that area, that will need to be updated. If you have questions, please contact us.
